As the province plans for recovery, the town is beginning to slowly bring back services and reopen some public spaces. Provincial emergency orders and the town’s physical distancing by-law remain in effect. We must all continue to follow guidelines from Public Health officials.

You are invited to attend and provide input at this meeting hosted by Planning and Development Council.
An application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law has been submitted to permit the development of the site for six, three-storey street townhouse units on a private lane. The Official Plan Amendment would redesignate the lands from Residential Low Density to Residential Medium Density to allow townhouse units on the subject site. The Zoning By-law Amendment is proposed to implement a 6-unit townhouse development.
The subject land is located East of Dorval Drive and North of Rebecca Street.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
Any submission to the Planning and Development Council, either in hard copy or in electronic format, must be forwarded to the Clerk's department for receipt no later than noon on February 9, 2015, to ensure its availability to the Members of Council at the meeting. Individuals making oral submissions at the public meeting are requested to submit a written outline of the submission to the Town Clerk. All submissions should include the full name and address of the presenter.
