The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by 103 Dundas Corporation for a proposed zoning by-law amendment.
The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject site from “‘ED” Existing Development to “DUC” with a Special Provision to permit the development of an eight storey, 208 unit residential building. The site specific provision relates to increasing the Maximum Floor Space Index from 2.5 to 2.75.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.
