You are invited to attend and provide input at this meeting hosted by the Planning Services department.
The Plan of Subdivision application proposes blocks for low and medium density residential land use, mixed use, stormwater management ponds and a village square. The development will include a total of 591 units, of which 539 units will be detached dwellings and 52 units a mix of townhouse and live/work.
The subject lands are zoned “ED” Existing Development by Zoning By-law 2009-189. The Zoning By-law amendment proposes to rezone the lands to Neighbourhood Centre Performance Zone 4 (NC-4); Neighbourhood Centre (NC – SP 6 & NC – SP 7); General Urban (GU – SP 3); Sub-Urban (S-SP 4); Park (P); and Stormwater Management Facility (SMF).
The subject parcel of land is located on the north side of Dundas Street and east side of Neyagawa Blvd.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development application page.
