You are invited to attend and provide input at this public information meeting hosted by the Planning Services Department.

An application to amend the Zoning By-law has been submitted to permit the development of the site for 32, four-storey stacked townhouse dwelling units on a private lane.

The subject parcel of land is located on North side of Lillykin Street and the South side of Glenashton Drive.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services Department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development application page.
