The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Fernbrook Homes (Rebecca) Limited for proposed plans of subdivision and condominium.

The purpose of these applications is to create a common element condominium for internal road, related common elements and to allow for creation of new lots for a 16 unit townhouse development which was previously approved through condition site plan approval.

The subject land is generally located south of Rebecca Street, west of Maurice Drive.

These lands are also subject to a site plan application, S.P. 1617.055/01.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or makes written submissions to the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s Department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, |Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or TownClerk@oakville.ca in respect of the proposed plans of subdivision and condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plans of subdivision and condominium:

  •  the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Director of Planning Services to the Ontario Municipal Board; and
  •  the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the director of Planning Services in respect of the proposed plans of subdivision and condominium, you must make a written request to the director of Planning Services at the Town of Oakville, Planning Services Department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3.

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or on the development application page.
