The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Trinity United Church for a proposed zoning by-law amendment and a plan of subdivision. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide input at an open house hosted by the Planning Services Department to be held on:

A Draft Plan of Subdivision has been submitted to create three residential lots on a portion of the Trinity Church site. An application to amend the Zoning By-law has been submitted to rezone the three residential lots to allow the development of a single detached dwelling on each lot.
The subject land is generally located West of Trafalgar Road, south of McCraney Street East and North of Sewell Drive.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
A statutory public meeting will be scheduled at a future date. If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a statutory public meeting, or make written submissions to the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or at TownClerk@oakville.ca before the proposed zoning by-law amendment is passed and/or before the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision:

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services Department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on development application page.
