The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Metroly Developments, 2457667 Ontario Inc., for a proposed zoning by-law amendment.
The purpose and effect of this proposed zoning by-law amendment is to rezone the subject site from (ED) Existing Development to (NC) Neighbourhood Centre, to permit the development of 109 attached, stacked townhouse dwellings, 4-storeys with below-grade parking.
The subject parcel of land is located on the west side of Sixth Line, generally midway between Kaitting Trail and Sixteen Mile Drive.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
