Please be advised that the Planning and Development Council will be considering the above noted application at its meeting on January 16, 2017 at 7 p.m. at Oakville Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Council Chamber.
A draft Plan of Subdivision has been submitted to create three residential lots on a portion of the Trinity Church site. An application to amend the Zoning By-law has been submitted to rezone the three residential lots to allow the development of a single detached dwelling on each lot.
The Planning Services department will be presenting a recommendation report with respect to the development proposal at this meeting.
For more information, members of the public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services Department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development applicaton page.
The recommendation report will be available to the public as of January 6, 2017 and will be available through the Town of Oakville Clerks Department.
