The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Oakville Green Development Inc. for a proposed Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and a proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision.
The purpose of this application is to permit the development of a health sciences and technology district containing a mix of employment, institutional, commercial, and residential uses with building heights up to 30 storeys.
This land is also subject to a Halton Region Official Plan Amendment Application (File No. RQ57A).
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s Department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or firstname.lastname@example.org before the proposed official plan amendment is adopted, the zoning by-law amendment is passed or before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision:
