You are invited to attend and provide input at this meeting hosted by Planning and Development Council to consider a report to remove the Holding Symbol “H”.
The proposed application is to remove the Holding Provision from Zoning By-law 2009-189 as amended. The “H” Holding Provision was placed on these lands to ensure:
That sufficient water and wastewater services are available to the satisfaction of the Regional Municipality of Halton and the Town of Oakville.
The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition is fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.
The subject land is generally bounded by Dundas Street, Ernest Applebe Boulevard, Sabina Drive, and Postville Street.
