The proposed application is to remove the Holding Provision from Zoning By-law 2009-189 as amended. The “H” Holding Provision was placed on these lands to ensure:
“That sufficient water and wastewater services are available to the satisfaction of the Regional Municipality of Halton and the Town of Oakville.”
The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition is fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.
The subject parcel of land is located south of Kaitting Trail, north of Dundas Street and east of Preserve Drive.
These lands are also subject to an application to amend a draft approved Plan of Subdivision.
