Notice of Complete Application for a proposed Plan of Condominium at 2295 & 2307 Khalsa Gate

The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Stateview Homes (Ivory Oak Estates) Inc. for a proposed plan of condominium.

The purpose of this application is to create a common element condominium composed of a private road, sidewalk and a community mailbox, etc. for the associated townhouse development.  These common features will be owned and maintained by the condominium corporation.

This land is also subject to Draft Plan of Subdivision (24T-14007, draft approval granted) and a Site Plan application (SP 1430.013/02, clearing site plan conditions).

The subject land is located is located on the east side of Khalsa Gate, at the southerly end of Khalsa Gate.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk in the Clerk’s Department 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, Ontario L6H 0H3 or TownClerk@oakville.ca in respect of the proposed plan of condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of condominium:

  •  the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Director of Planning Services to the Ontario Municipal Board; and
  •  the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the director of Planning Services in respect of the proposed plan of condominium you must make a written request to the Director of Planning Services at the Town of Oakville, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3.

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services Department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or on the development application page.
