The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by 9592423 Canada Inc. (Stenvro Engineering Inc.) for a proposed zoning by-law amendment.
An application has been submitted to amend the Zoning By-Law from RL5 to RL8 to permit three single detached dwellings.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.
The subject parcel of land is located at the southwest corner of Eighth Line and Ravineview Way.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk in the Clerk’s Department 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, Ontario L6H 0H3 or TownClerk@oakville.ca before the by-law is passed:
The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services Department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or on the development application page.
