You are invited to attend and provide input at this public information meeting hosted by the Planning Services department.

An application has been submitted to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit an 838 m2 sports facility (i.e. fitness centre) to be located within the existing residential apartment building at
1360 White Oaks Boulevard.

The subject parcel of land is located on the west site of White Oaks Boulevard, north of Marlborough Court Drive.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development application page.
