You are invited to attend and provide input at this public information meeting hosted by the Planning Services department.

The purpose and effect of this application is to permit construction of a 20 unit townhouse development with an internal common element roadway.

The subject parcel of land is located on the south side of Sovereign Street west of East Street.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development application page.
