The proposed application is to remove the Holding Provision from Zoning By-laws 2014-014 as amended. The “H” Holding Provision was placed on these lands to ensure that:
The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above conditions are fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding Provision.
The subject land, is located east of Kerr Street on the south side of Shepherd Road.
