Notice of Complete Application for a proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments for 121 & 125 East Street

The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Sabrina Homes (East Street Acquisitions) Inc. for a proposed official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment.

An application has been submitted to permit construction of a 6 unit townhouse development.

The subject parcel of land is located on the east side of East Street, south of St. Ann’s Court.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk in the Clerk’s Department 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, Ontario L6H 0H3 or TownClerk@oakville.ca before the proposed official plan amendment is adopted or before the zoning by-law amendment is passed:

the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Town of Oakville Council to the Ontario Municipal Board; and
the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the board, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
