You are invited to attend and provide input at this public information meeting hosted by the Planning Services department.
An application has been submitted to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the height of one building to increase from 20 stories to a maximum of 25 stories, and technical changes to the site specific zoning by-law.
The subject property is located at the southwest corner of Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street East.
This land is also subject to a Site Plan application, File No. S.P. 1413.046/01.
The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the Town’s development application page.
