The “H”symbol shall, upon application by the landowner be removed by Town Council passing a By-law under Section 36 of the Planning Act. The following conditions shall first be completed to the satisfaction of the Town of Oakville:
That sufficient water and wastewater services are available to the satisfaction of the Regional Municipality of Halton and the Town of Oakville.
The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above conditions are fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.
The subject land is located on the southwest corner of Lakeshore Road West and Chisholm Street.
The subject land is also subject to Site Plan Application S.P. 1715.041/01.
