North Oakville Secondary Plans Review, Public Information Meeting on December 6, 2017

Thu, 23 Nov 2017

Official Plan Review
North Oakville Secondary Plans Review
File No. 41.15.56, Wards 4, 5 & 6

Public Information Meeting: Wednesday, December 6, 2017

Afternoon Session: 1:30–3:30 p.m. (presentation at 2 p.m.)
Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Bronte Room

Evening Session: 6:30–8:30 p.m. (presentation at 7 p.m.)
Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Palermo Room

You are invited to attend and provide input at this public information meeting hosted by the Planning Services department.

As part of the town’s official plan review, we are assessing the policies that guide growth and change in North Oakville to ensure the established vision, goals and objectives for this area of the town are realized.

The North Oakville Secondary Plans Review is looking at the North Oakville East and West Secondary Plans, which apply to the lands north of Dundas Street and south of Highway 407. These plans are intended to direct development in North Oakville to the year 2021 and we must now plan to the year 2041. The review will also bring the existing policies up to date with the Livable Oakville Plan, as well as Provincial and Regional plans.

Drop-in at our meeting to learn more about the vision for North Oakville and tell us what you think about the draft policy directions coming from the review.
