You are invited to attend and provide input at this meeting hosted by Planning and Development Council.
A Draft Plan of Subdivision has been submitted to create 19 detached dwelling lots and 16 townhouses. In addition, a block of land is being created for a new community centre/park/parking garage, and two separate blocks are being created for the former Oakville Trafalgar high school building and the future Allan Street parkette.
The subject parcel of land is generally bounded by Reynolds Street, Macdonald Road and Allan Street (former Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital).
This site is subject to consent applications (B18/05(1613), B18/06(1613)) and associated minor variance applications (CAV A/059/2018, CAV A/060/2018, CAV A/061/2018).
A portion of this site is also subject to a separate Site Plan Application, (File No. SP.1613.025/06) to permit the development of a new community centre which is subject to a separate planning process.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the public meeting or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or at TownClerk@oakville.ca in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision:
Any submission to the Planning and Development Council, either in hard copy or in electronic format, must be forwarded to the Clerk's department for receipt no later than noon on Monday, May 14, 2018 to ensure its availability to the Members of Council at the meeting. Individuals making oral submissions at the public meeting are requested to submit a written outline of the submission to the Town Clerk. All submissions should include the full name and address of the presenter.
