Notice of Intention to Pass Amending By-law to Remove a Holding Provision "H" - 3282, 3276 Millicent Avenue and 17 Carnegie Drive

The intent of the application is to remove Holding Provision “H15” from Zoning By-law 2009-189 to permit the development of three single detached dwellings.

The subject parcel of lands is located east of Sixth Line, north of Carnegie Drive and west of Millicent Avenue.

The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition is fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Oakville on the proposed zoning by-law amendment, you must make a written request to the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or at TownClerk@oakville.ca

The public may view additional information and background material at the Planning Services Department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
