You are invited to attend and provide input at this meeting hosted by Planning and Development Council.
The Planning Services department will be presenting a recommendation report with respect to the development proposal at this meeting.
The purpose and effect of this application is to permit a draft plan of condominium for a 19-unit townhouse development.
The subject parcel of land is located on the south side of Sovereign Street west of East Street.
This land is also subject to Site Plan application, File No. 1728.028/02.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or at TownClerk@oakville.ca in respect of the proposed plan of condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of condominium, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Director of Planning Services to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, in respect of the proposed plan of condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of condominium, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Director of Planning Services in respect of the proposed plan of condominium, you must make a written request to the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or at TownClerk@oakville.ca
Any submission to the Planning and Development Council, either in hard copy or in electronic format, must be forwarded to the Clerk's department for receipt no later than noon on February 11, 2019, to ensure its availability to the Members of Council at the meeting. Individuals making oral submissions at the public meeting are requested to submit a written outline of the submission to the Town Clerk. All submissions should include the full name and address of the presenter.
