Please be advised that the owner has submitted an application to remove the “H” Holding provision from the subject lands.
The “H” Holding provision can be removed at such time when a Record of Site Condition (RSC) has been filed and acknowledged by the Ministry of the Environment.
There are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding.
The subject parcel of land is located at the northwest corner of Cornwall Road and Old Mill Road.
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Oakville on the proposed zoning by-law amendment, you must make a written request to the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or at TownClerk@oakville.ca
