The intent of the application is the remove Holding Provision “H18” from Zoning By-law 2009-189 to permit development of the property as a retirement home.
The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition is fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.
The subject parcel of land is located on the north side of Dundas Street West and west of Hospital Gate.
The lands are also subject to Site Plan application SP 1327.001/01.
