The Planning Services department will be presenting a recommendation report with respect to the proposed zoning by-law amendment at this meeting.

The purpose of the proposed amendment to Town of Oakville Zoning By-law 2014-014, as amended, is to make a number of housekeeping, technical and other modifications to permit accessory patios, which would assist in the use and interpretation of the Zoning By-law and implement the Livable Oakville Plan.

The effect of the amendment to Zoning By-law 2014-014 would be as follows:

2) Adding Section 4.18.2, Patios on Public Roads

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.
