Due to the  COVID-19 emergency attendance at Town Hall is restricted and public meetings are being held by video conference only. Instructions on how to view the meeting or participate by written submission, video conference or telephone are equested to contact the Clerk’s Department as early as possible prior to the meeting at TownClerk@oakville.ca or 905-815-6015 to obtain instructions on how to participate.

The intent of the application is to remove Holding Provision “H41” from Zoning By-law 2014-014 to permit the development of a semi-detached dwelling.

The subject parcel of lands is located east of Wilson Street, north of Burnet Street and south of Lakeshore Road West.

The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition is fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Oakville on the proposed zoning by-law amendment, you must make a written request to the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 (Dropbox is located in front of Town Hall) or at TownClerk@oakville.ca
