Z.1313.09, Ward 7
Council passed zoning by-law 2021-032 under section 34, of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended on Monday, April 12, 2021.
The purpose and effect of zoning by-law 2021-032 is to permit a high density residential development with a total of 668 units and underground parking.
The effect of the amendment would rezone the property from Existing Development (ED) to Trafalgar Urban Core (TUC) and permit two twenty storey towers, with permissions to increase the height to 30 storeys upon entering into a Section 37 Agreement with the Town.
The subject land is located northwest of the Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street intersection.
Council has fully considered all of the written and oral submissions relating to these matters and that those comments have been appropriately addressed.
Any appeals to the proposed zoning by-law amendment must be filed with the Town Clerk at 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON, L6H 0H3; must set out the reasons for the appeal; and must be accompanied with a certified cheque or money order in the amount of $300.00 payable to the Minister of Finance.
