The Heritage Delegation By-law gives Council power under the Ontario Heritage Act to:
- Authorize an employee or official to consent to alterations to a heritage property after having consulted with the municipal heritage committee
- Authorize an employee or official to grant permits for the alteration of property situated in a heritage conservation district property after having consulted with the municipal heritage committee
- Repeal By-law 2016-121 and By-law 2018-020
