Motor Vehicle Storage Yards in Oakville
The Province of Ontario has oversight of the storage yard sector under the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act (TSSEA) and its regulations.
Effective January 1, 2024, the Town of Oakville no longer licenses motor vehicle storage yards.
