A Construction Management Plan for a seven-storey mixed-use building.

The Construction Management Plan for this project outlines the extent of construction at 2375 Lakeshore Road West. 

On April 29, 2024, the Ontario Land Tribunal approved a seven-storey mid-rise building containing 618 square metres of ground floor retail space and 157 residential condominium units. 

As part of the approval, a municipal storm sewer will also be constructed along the rear of the 2375 Lakeshore Road West to Nelson Street within Town-owned lands.

  • Construction Management Plan approved April 2026
  • Pre-construction meeting held with Town staff and developer (Graywood) on July 20, 2026
  • Permitting information will be updated on this webpage as permits are issued
  • Site servicing and off-site sewer works are expected to begin at the end of July 2026 followed by excavation starting at the end of August 2026
  • Full project scheduled to be completed October 2029

  • August 2027 - February 2028 - above grade structure
  • February 2028 - February 2029 Cladding/interiors

  • December 2028 - Occupancy
