Impact on users

Pool reopening delayed until November 8

While the pool was expected to reopen November 1, final inspections identified operating system issues that must be resolved before the facility can safely reopen. We now expect to welcome swimmers back on Saturday, November 8. As a result, all registered and drop-in aquatics programs are cancelled through Friday, November 7. A credit will automatically be applied to accounts for cancelled classes.

As part of the Town of Oakville’s commitment to maintaining quality, accessible public spaces, IRCC has undergone vital improvements since January 2, 2025.

A condensed fall swim lesson schedule is set to begin November 8, 2025 at IRCC pool.

Other IRCC amenities

The IRCC fitness centre, community program rooms, Older Adult Centre and Oakville Public Library’s Iroquois Ridge Branch are open.
