The Municipal Powers and Duties By-law consolidates previous delegations of authority, powers and duties to municipal officers, employees and committees under the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13, and other Acts.
