The Procedure By-law:
- Establishes rules governing the calling, place, proceedings and provision of public notice of meetings of Council and Committees of Council of The Corporation of the Town of Oakville.
- Repeals By-laws 2020-011, 2024-045, 2023-087, 2020-049, 2020-067, 2020-096, 2013-003, 2013-086, 2010-164 and 2008-092.
