The Nuisance By-law regulates activities at one property that keep someone from enjoying themselves on a nearby property. Nuisance activities include but are not limited to:
- creating vibrations,
- putting smoke, dust, objectionable smells or other waste into the air, and
- shining indoor or outdoor lights directly from one property into another property.
Non-compliance with the by-law may result in fees and charges under the Administrative Penalty By-law 2021-038.
