Due to the  COVID-19 emergency attendance at Town Hall is restricted and public meetings are being held by video conference only. The intent of the application is to remove Holding Provision “H41” from Zoning By-law 2014-014 to permit the development of a semi-detached dwelling.

The subject parcel of lands is located east of Wilson Street, north of Burnet Street and south of Lakeshore Road West.

The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition is fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.
