The Planning Services department will be presenting a recommendation report with respect to this development proposal at this meeting.

The application proposes to re-zone the southwest corner of the St. Paul’s United Church lands at 454 Rebecca Street containing a manse, from Community Use (CU) to Residential (RL2-0), which allows for single-detached dwellings. The application will also apply a special provision to the Church property. The effect of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to permit for a future severance application of the manse from the church lands.

St. Paul’s United Church is located on the south side of Rebecca Street just east of the Rebecca Street and Sybella Drive intersection.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.
