Council passed zoning by-law 2021-066 under section 34, of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended on Monday, September 13, 2021.
The purpose and effect of zoning by-law 2021-066 is to create 28 townhouse dwellings including one live-work unit, a partial Elementary School Block and partial Neighbourhood Park Block.
The subject land is located on the east side of Sixth Line and south of Burnhamthorpe Road East.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.
Council’s decision fully considered all the written and oral submissions relating to this matter and that those comments have been appropriately addressed.
Any appeals to the proposed zoning by-law amendment must be filed with the Town Clerk at 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON, L6H 0H3; must set out the reasons for the appeal; and must be accompanied by the fee required by the Ontario Land Tribunal.
