Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts and Oakville Transit websites get a refresh

The Town of Oakville is excited to announce the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts (OCPA) and the Oakville Transit websites have been refreshed!

The websites (OCPA and Oakville Transit) have been designed to be easier to navigate and accessible on any mobile device, including laptops, tablets and phones. While the core functionality of the websites remains the same, including access to show tickets and bus schedules on respective websites, overall key improvements include:

  • a cleaner and more intuitive design to improve the overall customer experience
  • simplified navigation and improved search tool to find information more easily
  • easier to read, larger font, and stronger colour contrast for improved accessibility

The town remains committed to helping residents better connect with the programs, services and supports they need.   • The refresh of the OCPA and Oakville Transit websites follow the Town of Oakville’s website redesign and rebuild, which was restarted in spring 2022, after the project was unexpectedly paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The town’s website was launched in March 2023 and continues to be improved based on feedback received.  
  • The town is also refreshing other town sites (invest.oakville.ca) this summer.
  • Through the Digital Oakville Plan, the town continues to invest in technology and is committed to enhancing and providing comprehensive online services, and streamlining processes to create consistent, predictable and customer-focused services for the community.
