Due to the forecasted winter storm with increased snowfall expected in the afternoon, all drop in and registered programs beginning at or after 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 25 will be cancelled.
Town of Oakville Significant Weather Declaration beginning January 25, 2026
The Town of Oakville has declared a Significant Weather Event with respect to the forecasted winter storm for Sunday, January 25, 2026. The Significant Weather Event declaration starts at 12 p.m. (noon) on January 25, 2026 and will continue until further notice.
Flags flown at half-mast at all town facilities November 11, 2024, to mark Remembrance Day

In recognition of Remembrance Day, flags at all Town of Oakville facilities will be flown at half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Remembrance Day, Monday November 11, 2024, along with flags at all Government of Canada buildings and establishments across the country, including the Peace Tower in Ottawa.
When half-masting occurs at the National War Memorial or a place where remembrance is being observed, the half-masting can occur at 11 a.m. (or according to the prescribed order of service) until sunset.
