Santa Claus is coming to Town on November 15, 2025

The Town of Oakville’s Santa Claus Parade is almost here! Join Santa and friends on Saturday, November 15 at 9 a.m. in downtown Oakville for a morning of festive fun and holiday magic. 

This year’s parade theme is Snow Much Fun, celebrating the beloved winter recreation activities like skating, sledding, snowball fights and more that make this time of year extra special. Attendees are encouraged to wear their favourite holiday attire and enjoy this family-friendly event. 

Colouring contest winner

Congratulations to this year’s colouring contest winners: 

• Age 5–6 category: Benji Chenmeyer 
• Age 7–9 category: Lexi Yang 
• Age 10 category: Arundhati Shyam Krishnan 

Be sure to wave to Arundhati, this year’s Grand Marshal, as they ride with Mrs. Clause in the parade! 

Getting to the parade 

Make your parade morning easier by taking Oakville Transit’s free Santa Shuttle from Oakville GO Station to Trafalgar Park Community Centre. The shuttle will run every 5 to 10 minutes between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., travelling along Dorval Drive with no stops along the route. 

Road closures and parking 

To support a safe and enjoyable experience, temporary road closures will be in effect during the parade.
