The Town of Oakville is modernizing its approach to create an improved customer experience for Oakville residents, businesses, and visitors.
The updated Customer Experience Strategy will be a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing the way residents, business owners and visitors interact with town services and offerings. The strategy will ensure that all touchpoints the public has with the town are seamless and efficient.
With help from Catalyst Communications, the project will start by collecting input from the community through a significant public and internal engagement process.
This will result in a strategy that is aligned with the needs and expectations of the public to the greatest extent possible – a customer experience that is positive, inclusive, equitable and reflects Oakville’s unique community.
