Town to host Customer Experience Strategy open houses

The town is refreshing its Customer Experience Strategy! Join town staff at an upcoming open house and help shape a new strategy that will lay the groundwork for a better customer experience for everyone. 

The town is hosting three in-person open houses and invites residents and business owners to attend any of the sessions. Drop by to share your experiences and insights from your interactions with the town. We want to hear what’s working well, and where we can do better. With a variety of ways to participate, you can connect with us in whatever way works best for you. Pre-registration is not required.

  • Tuesday, May 27, 6 to 9 p.m. at Glen Abbey Library 
  • Friday, May 30, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre 
  • Friday, May 30, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex 

We need community feedback and input to shape a strategy that works for everyone and ensures a more user-friendly and positive experience for Oakville residents, businesses, and visitors.
