Canada Post mail service to and from the Town of Oakville may by delayed due to the rotating postal strike and Canada Post’s suspension of service guarantees. For time-sensitive Town-related documents, there is a mail slot outside of Town Hall and, for pre-arranged pick-ups and drop-offs, there is a table at ServiceOakville inside Town Hall.

Council to consider changes to Procedure By-law at August 11, 2025, Council meeting

At the August 11, 2025 Council meeting, Oakville Town Council will be considering changes to its Procedure By-law 2025-064. The by-law establishes rules governing the calling, place, proceedings and provision of public notice of meetings of Council and Committees of Council of The Corporation of the Town of Oakville.
