Oakville Town Council receives 2023-2026 Council Strategic Plan outcomes report

Report highlights 17 key indicators, enhanced performance measures

Oakville Town Council has received the Council Strategic Plan outcomes report, prepared in response to Council’s direction to provide enhanced performance measures demonstrating progress on the four strategic priorities identified in the 2023-2026 Council Strategic Plan.

The report includes results for the 17 Key Community Indicators (KCIs), plus additional performance measures that are consistently collected, supported by reliable data and aligned with the intended outcomes of the Strategic Plan’s four priority areas. Results highlight how measures are moving in the desired direction, remain stable or, in some cases, are not moving in the desired direction.  

The reporting period covers 2023 to 2025, representing the most recent complete years of data available during this term of Council. While the measures provide insight into progress made to date, many of the outcomes associated with the Strategic Plan reflect long-term community, environmental, and organization trends that evolve over an extended period of time and beyond this term of Council. 

The 2026-2030 Council Strategic Plan is anticipated to be completed in spring 2027. For more information, visit the Council’s Strategic Plan page.
