Make a difference! Join a Town of Oakville Committee or Board

The Town of Oakville relies on residents of all abilities to share their perspectives, lived experience and community knowledge by serving on its committees and boards. These volunteer bodies provide input and recommendations on matters that impact the community.

The Town of Oakville is seeking volunteers to serve on the following committees and boards for the four-year 2026–2030 Term of Council:

• Accessibility Advisory Committee – up to six positions available 
• Committee of Adjustment – up to five positions available 
• Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee – up to nine positions available 
• Oakville Public Library Board – up to seven positions available 
• Community Spirit Awards Selection Committee – up to four positions available

Applications will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on November 20, 2026.
