Phone and internet connectivity temporarily impacted at some Town facilities on September 1, 2026

Network and phone connectivity has been impacted due to a power-related incident on September 1, 2026.

Power, phone and internet may be, or may have been, intermittently unavailable at the following facilities as a result:

• Fire Station 2
• Central Branch  and Clearview Branches of Oakville Public Library
  • Central Branch scheduled to open at 2 p.m.
• Oakville Centre for Performing Arts
• South Depot
• OMSAR (TOWARF)
• Oakville Museum
• Maple Grove Arena
• Oakville Municipal Greenhouse
