Snow clearing update - December 26, 2025

Oakville experienced snow on December 26.

• Primary and secondary road plowing and salting is ongoing.
• Primary and secondary sidewalk sanding is ongoing.
• BIA sidewalk clearing is ongoing.
• Speers Road bike lane maintenance is ongoing.
• Transit Terminal, Ride On-Demand Hub and bus stop maintenance is ongoing.
• Residential road salting/sanding is ongoing.

Residential road plowing is started only after the snow has stopped, and there is a minimum accumulation of 7.5 centimetres. Oakville experienced around 2 cm of snow on December 26.
