Oakville is experiencing freezing rain on February 18, 2026. 

Salting and plowing operations are ongoing in the following locations:

• Primary and secondary roads
• Primary and secondary sidewalks
• Transit Terminals and Ride On-Demand hubs
• Speers Road bike lane
• Transit stops

Salting and plowing is complete on BIA sidewalks.

Salting/sanding is ongoing on residential roads. Sanding is ongoing on residential sidewalks.
