Bring a blanket, your favourite snacks and join the fun at free outdoor movie experiences in Town Parks from August 5 - 26, 2026 

Movies in the Park return this August!

Entry begins at 6:30 p.m., with movies starting at 8 p.m. 

Arrive early to claim a comfortable spot with a great view, connect with your community, visit the Oakville Public Library's Library on the Go book bike and participate in other family-friendly activities before the show begins.

In the event of unpleasant weather, like rain, thunderstorms or extreme heat, Movies in the Park may be moved to an indoor location. Weather-related updates and indoor locations listed below.

Complimentary popcorn will be available at each screening while supplies last, generously provided by Steve Kofi-Akuffo Group. 

Parking

Parking may be limited at some locations. Residents are encouraged to walk, cycle, or take Oakville Transit to screenings in their neighbourhood whenever possible.
